45 Times Square Hotel offers exceptional value in one of Manhattan’s most sought-after locations. We love its perfect positioning for theatre-goers and the surprisingly quiet rooms despite being in the heart of Times Square. While the hotel doesn’t have extensive dining facilities on-site, the surrounding area offers countless culinary options, making it an ideal choice for independent travellers who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city.

Rooms

The hotel features 139 soundproofed rooms ranging from cosy 16m² Basic Rooms to spacious Studio Suites. All accommodations offer modern amenities including flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, hypoallergenic bedding, pillow menus, and blackout curtains. Room types include Standard Twin, Queen, and King configurations, as well as Triple and Quadruple Rooms for families or groups.
