The tour includes 8 cross-sectional cables that together have a total length of 1.7 miles, with distances from 100 to 2,460 feet, and with a maximum height of 660 feet, which exceed the treetops, providing a panoramic view.

Continue to Eco Termales Hot Springs to enjoy lunch and a relaxing soak. These thermal pools are the life work of the Hidalgo family and offer a more private visit than some of the other springs in the area.

Depart early in the morning for the drive to Tenorio Volcano National Park. Enjoy a 5-mile hike through the pristine tropical rainforest. Along the forest trails, you will be able to spot a variety of plant and animal species including monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds. You’ll see bubbling mud pots, fuelled by the thermal waters of the Mira Valles and Tenorio volcanoes, you’ll stand in the shadows of huge trees, guardians of this primary forest for centuries, and finally you’ll reach “Los Teñideros” of the Rio Celeste, the site where two streams of crystalline water come together and form the heavenly color blue that gives the river its name. Continue your hike through the jungle to seek out the volcano’s furnace vents that expel gases of extremely high temperatures. On the descent, you will get to see the spectacular Rio Celeste waterfall whose color makes it one of a kind. The final reward is an exquisite lunch before heading back to your hotel.

The spectacular natural wonder known as Nauyaca comprises of two impressive waterfalls. Hike approximately 2 ½ miles to the first waterfall, standing over 145 feet in free fall. The second is a tiered waterfall standing at about 65 feet. Together they form a pool perfect for swimming. There are also other smaller natural pools that can be enjoyed. Admire the beauty of nature at its best and enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch.
