Lopesan Baobab Resort offers one of the most visually striking and immersive themed experiences in the Canary Islands. We love the commitment to the African concept, from the impressive architecture to the staff uniforms inspired by Dr. Livingstone’s expeditions. The extensive pool complex with its lazy river and varied swimming areas creates a playground for all ages. While some guests note minor issues like early sunbed reservation culture and occasional staffing limitations at breakfast, the overall experience delivers a unique, high-quality holiday that stands apart from typical resort offerings in Gran Canaria.

Rooms

Lopesan Baobab Resort features 677 modern rooms with interiors that carefully combine colour schemes and African ambience. Standard rooms are spacious with separate bath, shower, and sink areas, plus comfortable bedding.
